We provide expertise, customized training and development, assessment and coaching, planning and resources for your child care educators, professionals, programs, owners, and families in businesses and communities serving early childhood years 0-5. Our goal with the knowledge and information we develop can help programs enhance or improve quality of early care, education, and overall industry.
Our Approach
An intentional and developmentally appropriate curriculum and environment for children (birth to five) focuses on invitations/activities and engagement for children that will support their social emotional needs and well-being. In order to successfully support intentional learning experiences for the early years, our focus is on researched-based practices and skills that support social emotional learning, inclusivity, creativity, wonder, along with many other ECE developmental domains. We are here to enhance development and change to create a sustainable, successful, and strong support for the ECE community.
Experience
Our team has extensive experience working in the ECE field. Combined together we have over 65 years at all levels.
Yasmeen Sallam, MS & BS, is an Administrator of three centers in the Bay Area for 15+ years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources & Marketing with a minor in Human Development specializing in Early Childhood Education as well as a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education. She has over 25 years of experience as a volunteer, teacher, trainer, mentor, and now as an administrator. Her philosophy is that children are the future and our greatest investment is to enrich children with a stimulating loving environment filled with intention, curiosity, and wonder from the moment they are brought into this world.
Mavhash Kamrani BA, was the Executive Owner & Director of three centers in the Bay Area for 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. She has over 50 years of experience as a teacher and as a director. Her philosophy stems from her pure amazement of how much she continues to learn from children till this day, and in fact the biggest reward of teaching is that when one does it two learn.
